This lovely andalucian style complex is build to a high standard and is located in a quiet area of Los Boliches and only 200 meters from the beach & train station. It is near to the town hall, health center, shops (el Corte Ingles) and supermarket. The apartments have beautiful fitted kitchens and in general they are very bright and spacious for 1 / 2 bed rooms. This would be a fantastic home for people who love the idea of living near to everything without needing a car and it would be a great investment with great rental potential. The community fee is low per month as the hot water is provided by solar energy installation. Good value for the price!
