We really feel that we need to write to you. The standard of service we received from your company was outstanding – your staff are a credit to your company.
Clients viewing properties (a lot of companies abroad) back in UK do not have a very good reputation –are said to be (too pushy –overpowering and very unprofessional) which has left people like ourselves very apprehensive about using companies like yourselves –also feeling should we just look ourselves I must say prior to coming out we felt somewhat apprehensive –going off various write-ups- comments from others who have had previous experience with companies overseas –tv media etc. But your company has completely taken us back by the Service/Attentiveness/Proffessional/Friendly Service we have received.
When buying property it is a very expensive purchase - so it has to be 100% what you want.
Your staff made us feel very comfortable –at ease and we felt we were able to trust them –which in return we have already recommended you to a couple of possible future purchasers in Costa del Sol. I am sure you will be the one's they contact when they are ready –we have made them feel at ease about using you and they trust our judgement.
We feel at ease with yourselves and there is no feeling of mistrust. This is how your staff has made us feel - which I am sure is down to yourselves - on the type of people you choose to employ - which long term will earn your Company the Reputation of Trust/Customer Service - which in turn will get you the Sales.
I have worked in Sales/Customer Service for over 30 years –and believe me your staff are a credit to your company.
