From the most established developers, with all the correct paperwork and licences in place and the longest track records of client satisfaction, to companies that unfortunately fall well short, we've experienced the lot... and are here to pass all of that experience along to you.

We only work with the best

The developers we choose to recommend to our clients are those which our directors have spent years establishing working relationships with, developers that have been consistently on top of their game.

Many of these developers have produced exciting, stunning properties within beautifully landscaped locations…but were simply unlucky to have built at the wrong time. The current climate has left quite a few empty properties and so DCC International Property has seen the opportunity to help both the developers sell their remaining units at cost, and our clients to realize massive savings on what are simply fantastic properties.

We deliberately don't feature every company that is selling properties in any given area, there are only a few developers that fall within our strict selection criteria.

In these days where unfortunately formerly huge developers can go bankrupt, and where smaller, faster-moving companies can exploit opportunities that others miss, as an independent agent with offices in all of our regions, we can apply our superior market knowledge to make the very best recommendations to you across all development companies, right at the point you are ready to buy.

Asking the right questions

Do you want a property with rental potential? Would guaranteed rental income make the decision to buy easier, or the payments more affordable? Are you looking for a developer who requires only a small initial payment, or can you pay more upfront in exchange for other benefits?

How long do you want to wait before your property is ready? Would you actually prefer a key-ready, fully furnished home you can just move in to? Is on-site management important to you?

Act when you're sure

There are so many questions you should ask yourself, and we'll try our best to make sure you've considered them all. Our aim is to select and sell high quality properties at discounted prices to people who wish to make some money out of them in the long run, while using or renting them in the meantime.
